Conducting qualitative research online has never been easier, and offers a convenient, quick and cost-effective alternative to other approaches.

OBB includes a wide range of features, from instant messaging and discussion boards, through to diaries, blogs and polls. Participants can join group discussions or converse with the moderator in private. Both moderator and participant can upload images and videos.

How it works

The platform can be set up with your logo and branding, and either you can recruit participants or we can do it for you. Both the moderator and participants can upload visual stimulus material, and the moderator can send emails to all group members or individual ones during the course of the research.

Getting the results

You can view results during the research, either opting to receive automatic email updates, through RSS, or by manually logging in. You can choose to receive final results sorted in a variety of ways with no transcription needed, to help you interpret them more quickly and easily.
