Online surveys in which respondents are recruited by email can be undertaken with customers, employees, subscribers, members of the public or others.
Online surveys
We can run online surveys for you in full, whereby we send out email invitations on your behalf,
or can undertake a more limited role. For example, if you wish to monitor customer satisfaction,
perhaps following the delivery of orders or after contact with your helpdesk,
we can provide you with a questionnaire link to insert in your own email communications,
and can then prepare regular results tables as required.
Panel surveys
If you wish to undertake online research with an external sample we can source
it for you from one of the leading panel operators, with whom we regularly work.
This gives you a highly competitive sample cost, as well as greater control of your
project and benefits in terms of the ways in which survey results are provided.
Questionnaires
We use one of the most sophisticated online survey software packages available,
so that we can deal with any level of complexity (in terms of filters, quotas, etc..),
as well as including images or video, Flash questions and different languages.
Results
We can prepare survey results in the form of data, tables,
charts or a database. Tables can be provided in Word, Acrobat (pdf) or Excel,
and if the Excel file is to be used as the basis for charting in Powerpoint we
can provide it in a particular time-saving format. Should you need follow-up tables
we can provide these promptly, and either include them in your main table set or separately.
If your questionnaire included any open-ended questions we will provide the full verbatim responses as standard,
and undertake any coding if required.
