Case Studies



To give you a flavour of our work the following are four projects we have completed recently.

Web user interviews

We conducted this research on behalf of a UK womenswear multi-channel retailer. They wished to understand more about their online customer, and in particular how she used their transactional website and other channels, in relation to each other. We recruited the participants from the client's website and then conducted the research using individual in depth interviews whilst viewing the website.

Employee survey

We worked on behalf of a well-known market research agency which was undertaking an annual employee survey for a large UK company. Our role was to set up (or script) the online questionnaire, prepare and dispatch invitations and reminders to a database of employees, manage the fieldwork and then to prepare the tabulated results.

Web visitor survey

We were commissioned to operate a web visitor survey for an online retailer by our client, a highly-regarded retail strategy consultancy. The client provided the questionnaire, which we scripted, and we worked with the retailer's web support team to incorporate a survey invitation box (like a pop-up) into the site. We then managed the fieldwork and produced the results.

Customer survey

We conducted this survey on behalf of a market research consultant who was working for a major UK drinks brand. The survey was designed to profile a particular customer segment and to understand their usage and perceptions of a recently launched product.
