We know from experience that online surveys can produce good quality data, the key driver being for questionnaires to be appropriately designed. So the first thing we do, especially for new clients, is to offer detailed advice on this, based on the evidence we have collected over the years about how online survey respondents answer questions.
Instead of going directly to a panel to run an online survey, clients can instead do so via us. We set up and run the survey on their behalf, adding in a thick extra layer of quality control, and using the panel purely on a sample only basis (which means the total cost of the project to the client is typically less than going direct to the panel).
